Richmond Private Wealth was founded on one simple belief: that financial advice should always be in your best interests.

As a staff-owned financial advice business that is 100% independent of banks and other financial institutions, we take the time to truly understand our clients, creating tailored strategies and providing unbiased advice that always puts their best interests first.
We break down complex financial concepts into simple, straightforward advice, so you understand your options, what they mean for you, and how they align with your goals.
Our fees are clear and transparent. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for and the value it provides.

From humble beginnings to a trusted, independent financial advice business, Richmond Private Wealth has been built on long-standing relationships, shared values and a clear vision for better client service and outcomes.
Our TeamAlthough Richmond Private Wealth was officially founded in 2014, our story began much earlier. In the late 1990s, many of the team worked side-by-side, unknowingly building the foundation of what would one day become Richmond Private Wealth.
After more than two decades in financial services, Scott Stanley established Richmond Private Wealth. His vision was clear: to build a personable team that offers clients tailored and trusted advice.
Since 2014, both the client base and the team have steadily grown, drawn to Richmond’s shared values. This growth reflects the trust placed in the firm by clients and referral partners alike.
In 2025, several of our long-serving advisers – Peter Eastman, Rory O’Shaughnessy, Carla Piggott and Carlo Rigoli – joined Scott Stanley as partners and owners of Richmond Private Wealth.
The commitment remains the same: to build genuine, long-term relationships with clients while delivering 100% independent advice that’s tailored and transparent.

As part of our commitment to give back, we’re proud to be a corporate member with WA Charity Direct – a local organisation dedicated to helping West Australians in need through direct financial assistance and community support.
Through this partnership, we contribute to initiatives that make a tangible difference in people’s lives, reflecting our values of care, integrity and long-term commitment not only to our clients, but to the wider community.
